Electronic application of the declaration of correction of square meters of real estate in the first degree local authorities
Following the recommendation of the Revenue Department of the competent General Directorate of Finance of the Ministry of Interior, we inform you that from Thursday 27-2-2020 an electronic application has been launched for the submission of an initial or corrective statement of the real estate surface to the first degree local authorities.
The citizens through the application https://tetragonika.govapp.gr have the possibility, in case they have identified deviations that concern the surface of their properties and arise on the one hand from the data of the application of property (E9) and on the other hand from those of HEDNO , to declare the actual surface area of their properties until 31-3-2020, without imposing the corresponding retroactive fees, taxes, and fines.
Citizens are kindly requested to visit the above e-mail address within the above deadline to declare the real details of their real estate surface.
